Thank you to all the people of Halifax who helped Halifax Reflexology win the Silver Medal in Community Votes 2023 (a place where community members can recognize the outstanding businesses and services that make our lives that much better each day). I couldn't have been happier!

While the business has been a success - thanks to the many new and returning clients who filled my schedule each week - I've decided to lean further into my strengths and move into offering Coaching and EFT tapping for Highly Sensitive Women. You can find these services here:

Welcome! Here's a little about me...

Along with being a Reflex Therapist, I'm also a Certified Coach, EFT Tapping Practitioner and Reiki Practitioner.

I enjoy spending time with close friends and family, being in nature, tending to my (many) houseplants, reading actual books, growing herbs and greens on my patio, chilling on the couch with Netflix and going on adventures with my partner.

I’m passionate about providing a relaxing experience that rejuvenates your whole being. I know how it is to feel frazzled and stressed by life. I've even had health issues arise because I gave too much to the world and didn’t take time out for my own self-care.

Reflexology therapy allows me to relax and let it all go. The mind chatter, the worry, the body tension - gone. I feel transformed. That's why I founded Halifax Reflexology, so I could share it with my community.

My clients tell me they value my calm nature and unwavering capacity to hold space for them. I'm praised for my ability to listen deeply and respond with compassion. Many of my clients are highly sensitive people, and I am one too.

I also help highly sensitive women overcome mental and emotional obstacles getting in the way of confidence, self-acceptance, and a life that is aligned with who they truly are. To learn more about this, go here.

It is both a privilege and an honour to support each person that comes through my door.

So come as you are: I'd be honoured to work with you.

Meet Lisa at Halifax Reflexology

Did you know that each foot has over 7,000 nerve endings that connect to the entire central nervous system within your body? Amazing right!

By pressing on reflex points in the feet, we send a calming message to the nervous system and stimulate the release of endorphins. The whole body relaxes and releases tension.

Reflexology also improves blood and nerve circulation, boosts the immune system and stimulates the natural healing capabilities of the body.

Reflexology is one of the safest and least invasive complementary therapies available. All you have to do is remove your shoes and socks, then simply lay back and relax. Isn't that wonderful!

Some of the benefits experienced by clients include being able to:

  • think clearer
  • make better decisions
  • feel better in your body
  • more easily manage stress
  • feel an increased sense of well-being
  • have more energy
  • experience less pain
  • have better digestion
  • get a restful sleep
  • feel calm and grounded

Kind Words from Happy Clients

The treatment was so great. You are a great Practitioner and wonderful at holding space for me. You help me ground and become aware of my body and my stress levels. Thank you!

~ Benna Keoghoe, Registered Herbal Practitioner

The Reflexology treatment was wonderful! I've been waking up in a more relaxed state and feeling better energy levels throughout the day.

~ Emma Fitzgerald, Author / Artist

Your weekly treatments really ease my anxiety and other symptoms of PTSD. I highly recommend it to veterans - retired and active - as well as First Responders. Thank you so much Lisa.

~ Patrick MacDonald, Retired Military Veteran

I am continuing to have more emotional shifts into joy and well-being and feeling forgiveness towards myself and the past. So wonderful! I definitely attribute this to the work you've been doing. Thank you for helping me get back into receiving and well-being mode!

~ Spomenka Bizic, Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine

You help me relax in deep ways. Thank you!

~ Nancy Hunter, Writer / Yoga Therapist

Everything you do during the Reflexology session makes the experience so relaxing.

~ Camilla MacLeod, Manager of Health Centre

Lisa's reflexology sessions are such a wonderful way to unwind and de-stress. I would recommend anybody to benefit from this gentle, relaxing experience on a regular basis.

~ France Badaire, Osteopathic Manual Practitioner

Had an amazing reflexology treatment with Lisa. She is professional, caring and has wonderful, firm hands. I would highly recommend Halifax Reflexology with Lisa as your go to therapist. She is wonderful!

~Heather-Ann Scott, Registered Massage Therapist

Pure relaxation! I had my first appointment and I ended up feeling so comfortable that I drifted in and out of sleep during the 2nd half. I left there feeling calm and grounded, and like I was wrapped in a blanket. Lovely experience that I would recommend and do again.

~ Chantelle Dooley

Lisa has an amazingly gentle, but effective, touch. The session felt like ten minutes because I slept through it all! That's how relaxing it was. I feel great today; the tension is gone and arthritic pain has left (for now). To keep feeling this good, I'm signing up as a monthly member.

~ Lynn Rotin

Wonderful! Best reflexology session ever. Lisa is a very knowledgeable person in her craft. Pleasant and really cares about her clients. I will be back!

~ Sheryl Williams, Retired Airline Agent

I'm here to rave about Reflexology and the magic fingers of Lisa. I have experienced every modality - from shiatsu to acupuncture and all kinds of massage - but nothing beats this.
